Default label caption

I have a form that people enter their name via a dropdown list. What I would
like is a splash screen to pop up with a message that includes the relevant
persons name. The message would be in a label so I presume I would need a
change macro that sets the label's caption property to incorporate the name
in the user form but I'm not sure how to get there. Thanks in advance for any
help.
