Hi if anyone out there can help me I would be very
grateful. I am trying to find an exaxmple of how to use
the Forecast formula.

Hi,

Be very careful using linear regression formulas to
predict future data values. First you need to know if your
data is stable, or if it is being affected by causes that
are not part of the process, ie unplanned and unwanted.
These are unstable and unpredictable. Even if your data is
stable, there is always random variation within it. So ,
you will get a different "forecast" every time you add a
new data value. This is clearly nonsense. I am willing to
expand on this offline.
