Default simple but very hard question

I want to move to a cell according to junction of two cells.

e.g

I have data at RANGE("A5"), RANGE("C1"),
I want to move to the junction ---RANGE("C5")

1. How can I get the RANGE of the cell?
2. How can I move to the junction of two cells?
