That worked thanks! I did have to change the data, it gave me an error at
first, because you can't have a constant as the lookup value. The dashes in the sequence threw it off, but once I removed them, it worked. I tried an if function, but couldn't figure out how to compare one cell to a range, and the match function gave me an error. Thanks for any help or new directions to try. it seems like a vlookup case. have you tried vlookup formula? |
