Lightbulb Times and Dates

I do thermal cycle testing where i log the time and date when completed in excel format. I want to know if there is a way to calulate any time and any date that i want by just entering the start time and start date. That way i would know when the test would be completed. Usually i half to write this out to find out what cycle i'm on at a certain time and day. Can somebody help me.
