When i want to save excel book as csv file , when the cell content has doulble quotes. this double quotes will be occer twice in csv file. For instance, the cell content is hh"rr"ee in excel , this content in csv will be "hh""rr""ee". Could someone tell me why? i just know "If a cell contains a comma, the cell contents are enclosed in double quotation marks." thanks |
