Default How do i send one particular file from my pc to my pda?

I want to know what's the easiest way to send one file from my pc to my pda
without having to syncronise everything everytime. Can anyone help me? I'm
using Office 2003 and palm Documents to Go Ver 7.003.

On the pocket pc you can sign on as guest and just copy a file over without
syncing all the times, you still have to use the activesync to do it though
then explore the handheld, the only other options I suspect would be to copy
using Bluetooth or infrared
