I can write a macro to do what you want. However I can't test on versions
prior to Excel 2002 (XP). It will run automatically each time the value changes in cell E1. Let me know if that is what you want. Very easy to install and I can provide instructions on how to install. However, you will need to set options to allow macros to run. If not sure how to do this then let me know what version of Excel you have.
