Default HELP ! Data Command Category no longer appears...how do I get it

For some reason, "Data" no longer appears as a Command Category (as do File,
View...Format,Window, Help, etc). How do I get such to reappear ?

I try:
Tools|Customize|toolbars tab
select the worksheet menu bar
and click the reset button

You will lose any customized changes that you've made to this toolbar.

If you don't want to lose customizations................

ToolsCustomizeCommandsBuilt-in Menus.

Select Data and drag to where it should go.
