multi vlookup

qty qty
style size 1-5 6-11
P660 XL Colors 37.12 35.87
P660 2XL Colors 41.98 40.93
P660 3XL Colors 45.98 44.83

how do you lookup the cost for 10 garments (1 - XL,2 - 2xl, 7 - 3xl)

the correct answer is
xl 1 @ 35.87
2xl 2 @ 40.93
3xl 8 @ 44.83

any help provided will be appreciated
