Default The cursor is not locking onto cell in Excel

When I open an excel spreadsheet (save or a new one) the cursor does not lock
onto a cell - it scrolls across the page and I cannot point to anything on
the tool bar. This has only just started to happen and I've not had this
problem before. The mouse and touchpad are ok with all other applications

I'd try another keyboard anyhow - sounds like the [Enter] or [Tab] key is
sticking.
