Default Display Formula

Are you working with Excel 2007?
If cell A10 has =SUM(A1:A10), and you move to cell A10, what do you see in
the Formula Bar?
The fx is still in XL2007; it is used to add a function to a formula

In a previous version of Excel, on the tool bar there was a function Fx
cell
that display'd the function in a cell. If the cell did not contain a
function it would display the contents of the cell. This was handy if the
contents of the cell went beyond the boundaries of the cell. I can not
figure out how to get this back. Does anyone have any ideas?
