Thanks for the reply, one problem. When new numbers are entered into Sheet
1, they are updated on Sheet 1 but not on Sheet 2. Ideas?

Default copy a cell from sheet 1 to sheet 2

On Sheet1, in M75, enter
100

On Sheet2, in F8, enter just an equal sign
=

Go back to Sheet1, and click in M75, and hit <Enter

You should automatically be transported back to Sheet2, and you should see
that 100 displayed in F8.

Did that work?

If you have entered the formula in Sheet2 F8 and value doesn't change when you
enter a new number in Sheet1 then I would check to make sure calculation mode is
in Automatic.
