Current date and time for different log entries
I have created a log that my employees are using to input data every hour or
so and instead of having them input date and time, I would like to have excel do it automatically. I understand how the NOW() and TODAY() functions work. However, with either of those functions, they automatically update everytime an entry is made. Once the date and time in formulated, it needs to stay at that date and time. I've been trying to figure this out for two weeks now. If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know. Thanks. |
