i've added a comments box to a cell that lives at the bottom of my worksheet,
the problem is now when my mouse hovers over the cell the comment is halfway
off the bottom of the screen! Because of the way the worksheet is used its
not practical to scroll, and when i try to edit the comment it moves to where
i want it until i hide the comment and hover over it again the it goes back
to its default possition where its obscured! any solutions?
