Default Identify duplicate rows

I am blending a few contact lists into one excell sheet and would like to
find duplicates, then manually delete the ones I want. Is there a way to
sort by a column (like Last name) and filter out all rows that are not
duplicates? The result of this action would be a list of only duplicates
that I can evaluate. If this can't be done is there a way to highlight
duplicate rows?

To flag the duplicates for filtering see Chip Pearson's site.
