Is there a way to have a drop down list of 10 salespeople. When
selecting one of the 10, the next drop down list would have only a list of the states that these 10 salespeople serve? For example, sales person number 4 is Bob. The 2nd drop down has only the 5 states that Bob serves. Is this possible? Thanks for any help. |

Data Validation might work. http://www.contextures.on.ca/xlDataVal02.html Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Sat, 13 Oct 2007 02:11:17 -0000, wx4usa wrote: Is there a way to have a drop down list of 10 salespeople.
