Default Data Validation List Question

Is there a way to have a drop down list of 10 salespeople. When
selecting one of the 10, the next drop down list would have only a
list of the states that these 10 salespeople serve?

For example, sales person number 4 is Bob. The 2nd drop down has only
the 5 states that Bob serves. Is this possible?

Thanks for any help.

Sounds like Debra Dalgleish's instructions on creating Dependent Lists using
Data Validation might work.
