Default Excel, when I copy into a cell, I get the clip board

Every time I copy in excel, I get the clip board asking me if I want to match
the destination. How do I just make it match with out having to click on the
little box?

In xl2003, it's:
Tools|Options|Edit tab|Uncheck Show Paste Options buttons

You may want to uncheck the Show Insert Options buttons, too.
