Is there a way to have a pop up message flash to users whenever they open a
specific excel file?

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
MsgBox "This is a message"
End Sub

Copy/paste into Thisworkbook module by right-click on Excel Icon left of "File"
on menu bar and "View Code".
