Default &H80004005 (-2147467259) error when opening eurotool addin

Hello there.

Everytime i try to activate the eurotool iaddin n Excel 2003 it crashes,
giving the errorcode in the subjectbar. The other addins work allright.
I have to kill the process to restart Excel. Excel works allright without
the Eurotool addin activated.
Does anyone have an idea?
Greetings,

I had the same problem with another add-in when Excel starts up. Prior to
applying SP3 of Office 2003 it was working fine. After SP3 I get "System
Error &H8004005 (-2147467259). Unspecified error" and then a "Out of memory"
dialog from VB. This happens when Excel starts-up. Removing the add-in
makes the errors go away.
