Yes, select the text you want in superscript, press Ctrl+1, or right click

If your cell contains text -- no formulas, and not a numeric entry.
Select the cell Then select the characters you want superscripted in the formula bar Format|cell and check Superscript. If you have lots of these to do... Highlight the characters you want to apply this to.
Goto the menu FormatCellsFont tabSuperscriptOK Note that Excel will only superscript TEXT. If you have, say, 102 and want the 2 to be superscript then you have to enter 102 as TEXT. You can either preformat the cell as TEXT or precede the entry with an apostrophe like this: '102. -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "eagle" wrote in message ...
