Yes, select the text you want in superscript, press Ctrl+1, or right click
the cell and select Format cells, select Font, Effects, check superscript.

If your cell contains text -- no formulas, and not a numeric entry.

Select the cell
Then select the characters you want superscripted in the formula bar
Format|cell and check Superscript.

If you have lots of these to do...

Try John Walkenbach's addin:

Highlight the characters you want to apply this to.
Goto the menu FormatCellsFont tabSuperscriptOK

Note that Excel will only superscript TEXT. If you have, say, 102 and want
the 2 to be superscript then you have to enter 102 as TEXT. You can either
preformat the cell as TEXT or precede the entry with an apostrophe like
this: '102.
