Default Freeze pan problem

When I try and freeze the first 2 rows for some reason it freezes to row 15,
I tried to freeze just row one and then individual cells and got the same
result..

Try this:

<Ctrl <Home
To make sure A1 is at the top, left, then,
Click in A3, then
<Window <Freeze Panes
--

Try placing your cursor in cell A3 then WindowsFreeze panes
