Default pipc32.xll

I just started getting this error about a week ago, if I click ok on the
error excell open and everything works fine. If I continue to open excel
files by the open menu without closing excel I do not get the error just when
I open excel from when it has been closed.

Default pipc32.xll

A few years ago when I was employed at a particular industrial complex we had a
site-wide Process Data Collection system named Process Information for something
or other.

One of the PI add-ins for Excel used a pipc32.xll file.

There is more information on it some fixes and code at this site.
