Default Excel 2007 - Link paths keep changing

I have a spreadsheet that is pulling information from other workbooks stored
on a server. All documents are on the same server. Everytime I open the
workbook my path has changed from the network drive where all of the
information is stored to my autorecover file location where none of the
information is stored. How do I keep the path as it was when I saved it? I
did not have this issue until switching to 2007.

I did build all new spreadsheets because I had issues with others viewing
and editing in 2000.
