Default Track Changes - Excel 2003

Is there a way for track changes in Excel 2003 to stay on all the time? I
have to turn it on every time I open this particular document, but I'd like
to have the file open with track changes on automatically.

Thanks in advance.

The only way to have Track Changing enabled is to have the workbook shared.

I assume you have your workbook shared.

There is a section in HelpTrack Changes that is titled "troubleshoot change
tracking"

Read through that for information.
