Protecting sheets within a workbook
Can anyone help me figure out how to protect individual sheets within a
workbook? I am building a corporate budget and would like to keep the entire budget in one workbook, but limit each departments ability to see other departments. |
Protecting sheets within a workbook
A possible approach would be to give each department a copy of the corporate
budget in a restricted network folder, with one restricted folder per department. Management can then create a master file that links back to all the individual department worksheets and have the master workbook in a restricted folder on the network.
