Calc = Manual & Do Not Calc b/4 SAVE
Excel2003 ... I have a WorkBook (not linked) consisting of 4 WorkSheets ...
(3 WorkSheets with 10000 records & 1 WorkSheet with 2000 records) with many formulas working between sheets. Calculation takes about 20 minutes ... I have Calculation set to Manual ... & am now removing "check" mark from "Calc before Save" ... I use Manual Calc often to speed sheets, but have always Calculated before SAVE. Above said ... Since WorkBook is not linked to any other WorkBook are there Any pitfalls to watch for if I remove "check" mark from "Calc before SAVE"? Thanks for the guidance ... Kha |
