Default Excel document out of visible area

Hello Friends,

In Excel 2007, sometimes when I double click on an Excel File, it opens in a
strange view. The status bar is shown on the top of the screen. And I
cannot perform any operations. I am able to close this window using
"ALT+F4". This problem is not happening very randomly. Most of the times
the Excel files are getting opened properly.

Refer the screenshot to get the exact picture of my problem.

Is this a known issue or does MS has any fix for the same.

Thanks,
Kamlesh
