Pivot table help
I have a list of people and the dates they've been trained. I have created a
pivot table which shows the number of people trained on each day. However, I want to change it so it is grouped by month. Is there a quick way to do this? Thanks in advance. |

Pivot table help
Hi Colin
Right click on the Date field and choose Group and Show DetailGroup byselect Months Note. It will only group dates if they are in a valid Excel format ( Not text representations of dates), and providing there are no null entries within the range. -- Regards Roger Govier "C Tate" wrote in message ...
