I want to copy information in a column that has hidden rows and do not want

Highlight what you want to copy
Press Ctrl+G Click the Special button Select Visible Cells Only Click OK Now only the visible cells in your original selection are selected. robynne wrote: I want to copy information in a column that has hidden rows and do not want the hidden information to paste.
