Default Office 2000 tools

I am trying to import a new database query into excel. I keep getting an
error message that says this feature is not installed, would you like to
install it now? When I clicked yes, I get a message that says you can
install query by running the installation program used to install Office or
Excel. It also says that the option is in the office tools category. Now
that I'm am trying to install it - after inserting the CD, the auto-run
doesn't work. I've tried to initiate the setup manually, but I get the error
message "the installation source for this product is not available. Verify
that the source exists and you can access it." Any suggestions?????
