Default How do I display comparitive ratios such as "16:2"?

I need a simple formula to display the ratio between 2 numbers (cells) in a
large spreadsheet. The ratio must display itself as "#:#" and be linked to a
summary worksheet within the same workbook.I will then link all 23 sheets of
information to the one summary sheet for at-a-glance comparrisons of each
department's use of tools provided to them. The 2 cells that are providing
the information for the ratio have large formulas in them. I want the cells
linked, but not directly linked to the formulas in the reference cells.
