Default Hyperlink in 2007 "published" as webpage

Is there a way to put a hyperlink in a cell that is NOT relative to the
current directory?

Once the worksheet is "published" and uploaded, all the file locations have
to be manually edited so they only have the filename (which will be uploaded
into the same directory as the worksheet). Seems like there MUST be an easier
way to do this.

Thanks, Callie
