Default Copy and Paste

OS MS XP
Excel 2002

When I copy and past from one sheet to another I get a box asking for a file
name for me to save it to My Documents.
How can I stop this and just past it?

Thanks in Advance.

Not sure your end purpose, but you could paste the values (Paste Special).

Hope this helps,
Chad
