Sorry but i posted this in the chrts section by mistake.

I have a large amount of information in a spreadsheet involving many
suppliers i would like to know how to create a cell where i can type in the
name of the supplier and only that supplier would show. Best thing i know of
to explain more is like the white pages you type in a surnmae and that nmae
appears

Thanks Pete, i was looking there but i have now found it now all i have to do
is work how to do it. But is what i wanted thanks Glen
