Default Highlighted Cells and Printing - Excel 2000

I am trying to set up a spreadsheet with certain cells highlighted where
information needs to be changed by the user. However, I don't want these
cells to be "highlighted" or show up differently on the printed document.
Can this be done?
Thanks for any help...
