Default Pivot Table Column Widths were punking me...

Couldn't get the widths to stick, even with unchecking Autoformat and
checking preserve formatting boxes.

I had a formula outside the table, just doing a simple division. I had
clicked on the cells when building the formulas, and my formula looked like
this: =GETPIVOTDATA("Host Name",$A$3,"Roster Name",.....etc.

When I deleted that and just typed in the reference cells for my formula (
=C2/C3) it fixed my problem. I could set column widths and keep them.
