Default Pivot Table Source Worksheet and Range

Is there a way to view in a pivot table sheet which of the other worksheets
in a workbook it derived from, and what was its original range within that
raw data worksheet?

In Excel 2003, and earlier versions, right-click a cell in the pivot
table, and click PivotTable Wizard.
Click Back, and you'll see the range address or name. In most cases, the
range will be activated on the worksheet in the background.
