Default how do you format a row of cells based upon a value in another ce.

how do you format a row or a range of cells based upon a value in a cell not
included in the conditional format?

Hi

select the cells to have the conditional formatting on them
choose format / conditional formatting
choose formula is
type the criteria (ie =$E$150)
click the format button to apply the formatting.
