Default Multiple selections

Can Excel perform multiple selections from a drop down list? I know in HTML
you can hold down a key and select multiple items. Also, if it is the case
that Excel can do this, how would the relative values be stored in a cell?

Maybe you could use a Listbox that's setup up for multselect?
