Default Logically Calculating Multiple Fields

Hello,

I would like to see if someone can help me with this calculation. If cell E2
is 10% or above, we would like cell H2 to add one for each cells of A2, B2
and C2 that have a score of 6 or higher.

Essentially:

If: A2=6, B2=6, C2=5 and E2=10% then H2=2.
And: A2=6, B2=6, C2=6 and E2=10% then H2=3

Thank you
