Default Excel - how do I delete data but not formulae?

I've got quite a complicated workbook, and have entered test data to check
it. I now want to delete the test data, but not the various formulae. I think
I read somewhere in a magazine that this was possible, but can't now find
how. Any thoughts gratefully received.
