Default drop down Lists

How do I get a drop down list arrow to remain visible at the top of a column?
I've seen it before but am not able to figure this one out. I'm using Excel
2003. Thank you!

It sounds like you need to click Data in the Excel menu and then Filter from
the drop down menu and AutoFilter from the cascade menu.
