Default Excel 2007 save to PDF - hyperlink

I'm using 2007 and have the ADD-IN to save to pdf directly.
My excel document has several sheets
In my excel I've used hyperlink between sheet 1 and 2.
When I use the save to pdf the hyperlink is shown in the pdf document blue
and with at line underneath. But the hyperlink does not work in the pdf.
Is it possible to use hyperlinks and have them work in pdf so the user can
jump within the pdf document?
It works in Word if I place a hyperlink to jump to another place in the
document it works in the pdf.
Am I doing something wrong in Excel?
