The formatting is lost when we refresh the report.

Please help me how can i retrieve the formatting the report after it gets
refreshed.



It very programtic to first store the formatting of each and every cell and
then re-store it back once gets refreshed

I'm not sure what you mean by "report" and "refreshed". If you're talking
about a regular Excel worksheet, save a copy of the sheet that is formatted
the way you want it. After refreshing the original sheet, display the
formatted sheet, click on the rectange above the row numbers and left of the
column letters to select the whole sheet. Click on the format painter.
Display the report sheet and click on its rectangle to apply the formatting
to the whole sheet. James
