Hi folks,

Last week I inundated this board with questions about the IF command,
and linking to a table in another worksheet.

Well, I worked out all the bugs and now the sheet looks and acts just
fine!

HOWEVER, when I emailed it to my collegues - they only see #### in the
blocks where the data should be appearing! All of the column widths
are more than adequate, so I am a little confused.

I personally use MS Excel 2007, backwards-saved for 2003 compatibility
for my collegues. When I saved, Excel did gripe about a compatibility
error, but it seemed to be about "shadows", or at least it seemed to
concern the visual aspect of the apearance of the workbook, not the
actual guts of the project.

Is there something I should know about backwards-compatibility?
