No way to control this other than where you drag the cursor. If you pull the cursor off the bottom of the window you will generally speed up. Try dragging just at the the bottom edge of the sheet. This is surely one of the most annoying long-standing gripes about Excel since its inception. One would think that by now MS would have provided a way of tuning the scroll speed to something subsonic. |
