having no luck in attempts to get mappoint smart tags up and running in
excel. below as concise as poss list of steps taken.

reinstalled mappoint .com add in as per ms instructions in excel help.
added it within excel
tools\autocorrect options\smarttags and checked mappoint box which was now
available
set options of :-
label data with smart tags
both indicator and button to be visible
set option to embed within workbook
ran check of workbook


names (outlook contacts) identified, neither dates nor addresses were (not
fussed about dates)

tried many addresses, part addresses, postcodes only etc etc.
all the usual (restart excel, reboot etc)

still no joy

excel 2003
mappoint 2002
windows xp pro in sbs 2003 network
