how can i place leading zero infront of number, i am using excel 2007

if yes!...where can i do the setting ?

Either format the cell as text before entering the number,
or precede the number by an apostrophe to turn it to text, e.g. '0012345,
or if you want numbers rather than text, format the cell as 0000000 if you
want 7 digits including leading zeroes.

I'll leave the 2007 experts to tell you where the relevant format commands
are if you can't find them.
